In recent years, Wenzhou has opened a large number of city's studys, city book stations and city book bars, supplemented by "Choose Books Online and Order to Delivery" service and "City Knowledge Network" system, forming the "Wenzhou Mode" and Wenzhou experience, and obtaining the establishment qualification of the fourth batch of national public cultural service system demonstration areas.

In 2015, we contracted to build Wenzhou "City Book Network". Up to now, Wenzhou city's study network has reached nearly 200. As a cultural card of Wenzhou, city's study was selected by the large-scale political theme film "To reform in the end", and has been reported by CCTV for many times.
